Borrowdale, April 2008

Here at High Snab Farm in Newlands Valley, near Keswick we were working on tidying up the farm before the new tenant arrived. Of all the jobs the group did, I concentrated (volunteered!) to help dig out the several years of accumulated sheep and cow "dung" from a couple of the outbuildings. It was a tough but rewarding job which some people could not stomach (literally!). Thank god these photos are not in smelly-vision!
