Bosch Tassimo heater not working

My T65 Tassimo is putting out only cold water. Any idea if I can fix that and if so, how?

Sounds like a problem with either the water heating element or the controlling circuit board. Tassimo machines are not really designed to be repaired so I think your machine has had it. How old is it?
