I've got the same colour auto mk7 golf. On the steering wheel, do you know how to change the voice activation button to mute?

Hi Mo,

Thanks for your email. My Mk 7 didn't have Voice Control and so the voice activation button on the steering wheel already functioned as a mute. I'm not sure how you could make yours work the same way. A quick Google search suggests it may have been possible to change in Mk 6 cars using a tool such as VCDS but I couldn't see anything for Mk 7's which suggests something may have changed.
