VCDS Micro-CAN Interface Hire - Terms and Conditions

• A deposit must be paid before a VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable can be dispatched.
• Upon payment of the deposit, a VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable will be dispatched to you, free of charge, by the Estimated Dispatch Date shown on the order form. This will usually be within one working day except during periods of high demand. Please note that an Estimated Dispatch Date is only an estimate.
• The delivery of the camera will be tracked. The hire period will commence from the end of the day that tracking shows the package was delivered. For example, if your hire duration is 7 days and you receive the camera on a Friday, you should dispatch the camera back to us by the end of the following Friday.
• If the VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable has been damaged during delivery or you believe it to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
• You are responsible for the care of the VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable during the hire period. You should return it in the same condition as you received it. We reserve the right to withhold part or all of your deposit as compensation for any damage which occurs during the hire period.
• We recommend that the VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable is returned in the same, or similar packaging, as it was delivered to you.
• You can arrange return postage yourself or we can do it for you for just £5 which will be deducted from your deposit.
• If you arrange return postage yourself, you are responsible for the cost. You can use any next day/24 hour delivery service but you must obtain either proof of postage or a tracking reference number.
• Within one working day of receipt of the VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable back to us, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and refund your deposit minus any charges.
• Refunds may take 5-10 days to appear on your card's statement.
• If the VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable is received late, we may ask you to send us proof of postage. We reserve the right to charge £10 for each day you have the VCDS Micro-CAN interface cable over the agreed hire period.
• Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. In such cases your deposit will be refunded minus a £10 processing charge.
