Open door... alarm goes off

hi have you ever come across this problem when i open the doors they open and lock ok but when i pull the door open the alarm goes off thanks

Sorry for the delayed reply.
No. Sorry. I have never heard of this. I do not think it is a common problem. It sounds like a fault in the Alarm CPU. When you use the remote to unlock the doors it should also turn off the alarm. It sounds like this is not happening so when you open a door, the alarm thinks it's been burgled and triggers the alarm.
