Hi Suki,
Either there is a fault with the control module which checks for blown bulbs (and shows the fault on the instrument cluster) or this is functioning correctly and it really does think you have a blown bulb. I have heard that replacing standard bulbs with LED versions can cause bulb-blown faults on the instrument cluster. Does your car have any LED bulbs?
