Hello,

please help me with a information, where can i find the interior sensor temperature for a MKV 2004 model.
The problem is with climatronic wich indicated -24¤ C (seen on tester), and the real temperature is +24¤C, so i set the temperature on 20 ¤ C and he give me hot air, offcourse because he see wrong temp inside the car.

Thank*s a lot!

Hi Lucian,

My Mk V does not have the Climatronic system and so I cannot speak from
personal experience. I have attached a scan from my Haynes manual which may
help you.

Let me know how you get on,
Stuart

Hello Stuart,

I solved the problem with internal temperature sensor.
After i take out cliamtronic, see link below...
http://enfigpix.com/tech_vw_mk5_icelink.html

i found the sensor in the middle of climatronic (under OFF inscription - can see a black point a litlle bit diferent).
The problem was: a friend of my splash with some wein on the cd player because of mistake - so the sensor was put on the ground - after we clean the electronic circuits the climatronic works normal.

All the best!
Lucian
