Hi, same problem re tailgate wires ...mine were broken both sides, with he same issues resulting in bulb out warning on dash and also loss of front screen wash (it's a dual pump) Fixed via an independent for £90.00.
Only issue is one of the hose connectors to the body lost a clip so I need to source this.

Thanks for your email. Sorry to hear that you've had the same problem with the tailgate wires snapping on your car. Glad you managed to get it fixed.

I also damaged one of the clips/lugs on the hose/conduit where it fastens to the body. They are hard to get off.
