Auto door locking

just wanted to ask how to set your car doors automatically lock them when the engine is on or driving

Hi Zain,
You can enable this using VCDS (http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/). See http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/VW_Golf_(1K)_Comfort_System#Adaptation for instructions.
