Can't get into car!

Hello mate I wonder if you could help I just come back off holiday and can't get in my mk5 golf either with fobs or the key have you any ideas I think probably battery flat but this happened before and I could still get in with the key cheers Mark

Hi Mark,
It does sound like a flat battery with the doors' deadlocks engaged. Not sure how to get around that. Hopefully you or a garage will have more ideas.
