Cruise Control Fixed

Hey Stuart. I tried cleaning the contacts on my Mk5 Golf, used alcohol and earbuds. I just bought it second hand and couldn't work out whether it had cruise control as although it had the correct stalk it didn't work at all. Now working perfectly. Thanks for the tip! Jon

Excellent news! I love these relatively simple but effective fixes. Glad it worked out for you.
I will shortly be writing a new article about cleaning the Mk V's headlights so they look as good as new. That's another of these quick and easy fixes.
