Add cruise control?
Hi, i have golf 5 1.9 tdi 77kw 2006. I want to know if it is able to use cruise control, and what should i do to have a board display that measures the trips, mileage, fuel consumption etc. Thank you.

Hi Martin,
I believe you can add cruise control to a Golf 5 which doesn't already have it. You will need a new steering wheel stalk which houses the cruise control controls. I think you will also need something like VCDS in code the cruise control, i.e. tell your car that it now has cruise control fitted. That might be it.
As for adding a board display, I think this is a much more involved process and I don't think many people have done this.
Hope that helps,
Stuart
