hi stuart as i disconnected my hazard light switch my car wont start

Hi Viqaas,

I have heard that if you turn on the car's ignition with the passenger airbag light (just under the hazard light switch) disconnected, this causes a warning light to appear on the dash which will need resetting. However, I have never heard of disconnecting the hazard light switch preventing a car from starting. I think these two things are unrelated.
